Lil Boosie, whose real name is
Torence Hatch, told reporters on March 10 that he's planning to drop a new album soon because he wrote more than 1,000 tracks while serving four plus years in the Louisiana State Penitentiary.

The 31-year-old rapper, who has called himself "the John Gotti of the South Side," was jailed on drug charges and a probation violation. He credits his prison sentence with making him a "better person" and he now wants to dedicate his life to pumping out all that dirty south music that his loyal fans love and miss. He also wants to take care of his family, including his seven children.
