Looks like someone could have used an extra hour of sleep.
Beleaguered Toronto mayor Rob Ford suffered a major gaffe on Sunday after doling out some terrible time-changing advice on Twitter.

Ford's office later confirmed that a staffer was to blame for the blunder, and the mayor rectified the tweet a half an hour later by telling Canadians to turn their clocks forward instead.

"Toronto Mayor Rob Ford told people on Twitter to set their clocks BACK an hour instead of forward," user @tgrant20 wrote. "What is that guy smoking? Oh, right."
Just remember, Rob - spring forward, fall back.
