Fourth time's the charm? The 'Anger Management' actor is headed to the altar yet again after proposing to his porn star girlfriend during a romantic Hawaii vacation on Valentine's Day weekend.

After the proposal, Charlie and Brett were flaunting their engagement love to a local photographer in Hawaii, and TMZ obtained the pics. Brett then confirmed the happy news to E! News. "Yes! We are engaged! He even was a gentleman and got down on one knee," Brett said. "I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise.
Brett was also happy about the rock Charlie gave her: "The ring is classic and beautiful, but I don't have any photos to share just yet. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He's my best friend and my soulmate."
Charlie hinted at the engagement a day earlier on Valentine's Day when he tweeted:
